I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from City Auto Memphis. The salesman, Darral was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me. I stopped by the dealership knowing what I wanted in a car, but not knowing exactly what car I wanted. I ended up test driving 4-5 mid-sized SUV’s which meant Darral went in and out of the building at least that many times to get each car from the lot. The temperature was in the high 90°’s! Darral was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me information that I hadn’t thought about asking. Coming back that evening (close to closing time) with my husband to look at the car I decided on, Nate, Darral’s coworker was also very helpful in me getting the car I wanted.We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next morning! We want to thank City Auto Memphis, Darral, Nate, Calvin, and Moe (I hope I have his name right) for a very great car buying experience! I highly recommend them! If you are in the market to buy a car, go to City Auto Memphis and tell them I sent you!
